Skin cleansing should be gentle and effective.

The enzymatic powder detergent works thanks to vegetable enzymes, natural protein compounds that, in contact with the skin, dissolve impurities and oily residues on the skin. Because the powder does not have a mechanical effect, it cleanses the skin very gently. TianDe enzymatic washing powder is suitable for all skin types: it soothes sensitive skin and mattifies oily skin.
The enzymes contained in the powder:
- contribute to the removal of corneal cells;
- deep clean pores, dissolve fat plugs;
- stimulate cell renewal.
When mixed with water, the plant-enzyme powder turns into a creamy foam for face washing. This foam can also be used as a cleansing mask - exfoliating and gentle exfoliating. The result is a fresh face color, the skin is rejuvenated and begins to breathe, and it is softer and smoother.

APPLICATION

Pour a small amount of powder into the palm of your hand, lather with warm water, apply to facial skin, massage, then rinse. You can leave the foam as a mask for 3-5 minutes. Do not apply to the area around the eyes. Use 3-4 times a week.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS

Cornstarch. A natural absorbent that protects the skin and prevents dirt from sticking to the skin. Corn starch improves the absorption of the cream, softens the skin and restores its protective barrier.
Cellulose. It is a natural absorbent made of wood. Immediately absorbs skin secretions, oil, sweat, dust and excess makeup. Rice starch. An excellent absorbent that mattifies the skin and reduces its shine. Helps relieve irritation, has a calming, emollient and protective effect.
Papain. Papain is a plant enzyme that breaks down impurities and dead cells and very gently cleanses the skin. It helps to stimulate cell renewal and regeneration, balances the microrelief of the skin, softens it and maintains the moisture balance in the epidermis.
Allantoin. It has a regenerating effect, softens and calms the skin, protecting it from the negative impact of external factors.

Once my order ships, how long does it take for it to arrive?

My package says it was delivered but I never received it. 

We're so sorry to hear your package is lost, we know how disappointing that must be after waiting for it to arrive. The first step is to make sure you placed your order with a full and complete address in your order confirmation email. Sometimes we see orders are placed with an apartment or suite number and they are delivered to the wrong box. If the address is correct, our first step in trying to resolve this issue is we suggest to check your mailbox as it's a small polybag and oftentimes it's put in with regular letter mail. If it's not there, we have also seen that USPS / UPS marks it delivered but it actually gets delivered a few days letter, this may be a lag time due to the current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic. If none of the above are the case, please email us and we will take the next steps to escalate the matter.

Why were there so many delays? This is unlike your brand.

We have always taken a lot of pride in providing an exceptional customer experience from ordering on our website to receiving a high-quality product. If you experienced a delay with your order, we're sorry. As humans, we sometimes fall short and we're sorry about that. Due to new regulations at customs and borders, we saw delays in receiving our shipments and that is why we weren't able to ship within a 1-3 week window as we stated on our website when you placed your order. I waited really long for my order through April-May.
